Santa Clara Avenue Residence Ongoing rehabilitation of a circa 1908 Colonial Revival Bungalow. The initial phases of work included seismic strengthening, roof repair window repair, and exterior restoration and painting. The interior work includes updating floor plan, repair and replacement of architectural features, and selection of interior furnishings and finishes.

Hillcroft Way Residence The project consists of constructing a new two-story house on the footprint of the previous house. The resulting structure will have 4 bedrooms, 3½ baths and spacious living areas. Generous windows take advantage of views overlooking Walnut Creek and Mt. Diablo . Bernal Heights Residence The project consists of adding a second story addition to this existing 1000 square foot Mediterranean cottage in Bernal Heights. The addition will include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, while remodeling of the first story will expand the living room and add a family room. Balfour Avenue Residences The project consists of two speculative homes near Lakeshore Avenue. Each house provides 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with a living room, formal dining room, and an open family room/kitchen arrangement. The overall character of the two houses blends into the street-scape by evoking the traditional design aesthetic, scale and materials of the surrounding neighborhood. Exterior decks and patios are integrated into the designs to create usable outdoor areas on the steep up-sloping site. Construction is in progress and expected to be completed in summer 2004. | |||||
Glenhill Lane Residence Custom Home & Winery Paso Robles, CA A new 2000 square foot, single-story house on a 10-acre vineyard. The layout incorporates 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms into a cost-efficient design incorporating wonderful views of the surrounding vineyard. The garage includes provisions for a winery planned by the Owners. Project completed fall 2003. | |||||
Birchwood Drive Residence Entry Alteration & Landscape Structures Moraga, CA The project consisted of new landscape improvements to enhance the entry and exterior features of an existing Craftsman-influenced home. Custom-designed features included new entry steps and railing, porch finishes and front entry door, landscape paths and gate (pictured), and an exteiror trellis. Project completed fall 2005. |
